Before you hit the road or trail it is very important to check the weather. There are different gears you can wear depending on the weather.

80F or warmer:

  • Lightweight tank top
  • Shorts made from synthetic fabrics (polyster)

70F- 79F:

  • Lightweight tank
  • Shorts and capris
  • Cropped tights

60F-69F:

  • Lightweight t-shirt
  • Mesh paneled capris (nylon and spandex)

55F-59F:

  • Shorts or capris
  • Long-sleeve shirt right over sports bra

50F-54F:

  • Capris
  • Sweat wicking under shirt
  • Long sleeve shirt
  • Bottoms (nylon, spandex, polyster)

45F-49F:

  • Avoid based layers made from cotton
  • Full-length leggings to protect your ankles
  • Zip-up that covers up your neck

40F-44F:

  • Tank top
  • Light zip-up
  • Vest
  • Leggings
  • Fingerless gloves or sleeves to protect your fingers

30F-34F:

  • Hybrid jacket
  • Vest
  • Tank top
  • Long sleeve shirt
  • Brushed leggins
