Hello Runners and Spotters – This week’s offering is downtown LA. It’s Echo Park and Lake. The area was recently renovated and sports activities such as Walking, Running, Fishing, Pedal Boating, and Spotting.

Parking can be found in the area for free and a small café is located right on the lake where Pedal Boats may be rented to get your exercise on the open water. During spring and summer the lilies and Lotus are in bloom and in July the famed Lotus Festival is held here. Here is a link for the Annual Lotus Festival
